FAQ's
Q: What is a routine video?
A: Routine videos are recorded using standard fixed angles of each athlete performance on each apparatus during competition. Each routine video will capture from salute to stick and feature graphics with the athlete's name, session, age group, team, score, ranking, and competition logo.
Q: How will I receive the videos?
A: An email notification will be sent to the registered email with download instructions.
Q: How many videos will I receive?
A: The standard video set will include individual videos for each apparatus completed, up to 6 for each competition session. If your athlete competes on two separate occasions (i.e. qualifications / finals, or optionals / technical sequences), we will also make those available for purchase as add-ons to the original purchase (JN division), or as a combined set (JE division).
Q: What is the recording quality?
A: All clips are recorded in 1080p (16:9) at 60fps (frames per second) with a high bitrate.
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: Contact us at orders@virti.us to receive a full refund for your purchase.
Q: How can I purchase for multiple athletes?
A: At this time, we are not able to do multiple selections at once. We ask that you make a separate purchase for each athlete.
Q: What is a celebrity shoutout and how do I win?
A: We have partnered with top Team USA/NCAA athletes to add a personalized video shoutout to the winners. Each video set (athlete) purchase will receive an entry into a random draw taking place on May 28. 10x athletes will be picked at random and notified of the win and receive a special version of their video set with the celebrity shoutout.
